The contracts were awarded to provide equipment, installation, maintenance, and software for Electric Vehicle Service Equipment (EVSE) for various State, local and county government agencies at various locations throughout the State. These new contracts support the 2019 New Jersey Energy Master Plan and the 2020 New Jersey’s Global Warming Response Act 80x50 Report as well as P.L. 2019, c.362.    The three contracts now available include: 23-FLEET-68466: T3138 Electric Vehicle Service Equipment - Statewide  Vendor: Livingston Energy Group, LLC Status: 3PS - Sent (Active) Begin Date: March 18, 2024 End Date:  March 17, 2027   23-FLEET-68465: T3138 Electric Vehicle Service Equipment - Statewide Vendor: JF Acquisition LLC dba Jones & Frank Status: 3PS - Sent (Active) Begin Date: March 18, 2024 End Date:  March 17, 2027   23-FLEET-68464: T3138 Electric Vehicle Service Equipment - Statewide Vendor: Timothy P. Bryan Electric Co. Inc. Status: 3PS - Sent (Active) Begin Date: March 18, 2024 End Date:  March 17, 2027   Awarded line items include: 1.  EVSE - Electric Vehicle Service Equipment 2.  Software 3.  Software Related Services 4.  EV Fleet Charging and Transaction Management Services 5.  Maintenance and Repair Services for Electric Vehicle Service Equipment 6.  Installation Services for Electric Vehicle Service Equipment 7.  Agency Net Use Line/Non-Warranty Repair Parts Only 8.  Restocking Fees/Return Shipping Charges   Review the contract details on njstart.gov.
