| View in browser Update to Important Notice: Bid Solicitation No. 23DPP00836, T3067 Incorrect effective date was provided yesterday October 22, 2024 Dear NJSTART User,   On October 18, 2024, a company obtained a temporary stay pending appeal from the New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division, which temporarily enjoins the State’s contract users from utilizing the awarded contract under Bid Solicitation No. 23DPP00836, T3067, Statewide Advertising and Public Relations Services.  All mini-bid solicitations and purchase orders issued under the contract effective September 1, 2024 must cease immediately until the appeal has been resolved.   Updates will be provided regarding the status of the T3067 contract as they are made available.    Best regards, The NJSTART Team   Upcoming Events    We update our NJSTART local government resource page regularly with upcoming events.
