Dear NJSTART User,
On October 18, 2024, a company obtained a temporary stay pending appeal from the New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division, which temporarily enjoins the State’s contract users from utilizing the awarded contract under Bid Solicitation No. 23DPP00836, T3067, Statewide Advertising and Public Relations Services. All mini-bid solicitations and purchase orders issued under the contract effective September 1, 2024 must cease immediately until the appeal has been resolved.
Updates will be provided regarding the status of the T3067 contract as they are made available.
