If your organization currently utilizes the State contract with Bank of America for Commercial Card Services, we strongly recommend initiating contact with the new vendor, U.S. Bank, to begin the process of transitioning these services. Please note that announcements regarding this transition were issued in October and December (Original Announcement immediately below). The existing contract with Bank of America is set to expire on January 31, 2025. After this date, continued use of the existing card service contract without having conducted a competitive solicitation and awarding a new contract may result in non-compliance of New Jersey public purchasing laws and regulations.
To ensure a smooth transition, we encourage all users of the State's commercial card services to contact U.S. Bank, which now holds the contract for these services. As outlined in the Method of Operations document on Contract 25-GNSV2-86532, the designated U.S. Bank contact person listed below is available to assist with the transition process.

Please be advised that the Division of Purchase and Property has awarded a new Contract under M4022 – Commercial Card Services, (Master Blanket PO #25-GNSV2-86532).
The purpose of this Contract is to provide Statewide purchase card services including, but not limited to, purchase cards, one cards/integrated cards, travel cards, declining balance cards/managed spend cards, emergency cards, virtual cards/single use card, and electronic payables. This Contract may be utilized by all Authorized Purchasers as defined in the Participating Addendum, including Cooperative Purchasing Program Participants (CPPP) as defined therein.

This Contract will replace State Contract #84675 for T1654 - Purchasing Card for the State of NJ and ICC Agencies, which is currently set to expire on January 31, 2025. Authorized Purchasers are encouraged to begin the implementation process in a timely manner to prevent a potential lapse in services.
